The room was brand-new and neat in good condition - we enjoyed it. The staff was all really efficient and absolutely helpful. The location was strategic for getting around, as the central station was close to the hotel. There was Augustiner-Keller, located nearby, where we relaxed.

- Close to the center and a stone's throw from the main station, very convenient;... - the hotel is clean, cleaning several times a week (the room has rules and schedule);... - very varied breakfast (porridge, muesli, omelette, two kinds of sausages, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, butter, several kinds of baking, coffee, tea, juices, etc.);. - the Augustiner-keller brewery is a two-minute walk away;... - two towels per person in the shower, there is a detergent (gel + shampoo + soap 3 in1), as well as a disposable comb, soap and additional shower gel, shampoo and body lotion; . - at the beginning of March, the room was warm and the windows had to be opened; . - the staff was very friendly. - the reception desk has a lot of maps and city guides.
- The hotel is clean, but it's time to make repairs: quite old plumbing and tiles in the shower; . - no shoe spoon (if it's a matter of principle for someone); . - the electronic key to the door does not work well; . - the wi-fi is pretty weak.

The room here was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a fridge and tea, all at a fair price.

Convenient location: not far from the center, near the station, which is convenient to get to anywhere. The staff is generally friendly, speaking several languages, which is very convenient. If necessary, you will be given slippers and bathroom accessories. Delicious breakfasts. Regular room cleaning.
Old furniture, with visible damage on it (shabby paint/sharpness). Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Although there are plastic windows in the room, we have always heard the construction being done down the road - noise insulation is not the best. On one of the rather cool evenings, a guy working at the reception refused to give us cups and a kettle of hot water to keep us warm. Although in the past and subsequent days, girls always gave us a kettle.

Location
Hotel very tired, very expensive for the quality. Would normally expect to pay €80 Euro/ night for this standard not €190.

Location is good
Room was not worth the cost. I have stayed in better hotels for a lower price, but my normal choices were bopoked up. I stayed in room 127 and the bathroom was set out for disabled, which is not an issue, but the shower area was not designed correct in that the water did not flow away and flooded the floor, which left the tiles covered in mould. The bar closed at 10 pm, so was unable to get a beer, so had to return to my room. Generally the hotel looked old and needs a referbishment.
